Beginner Level

This class is ideal for those “first timers” of yoga. Start with basic asanas (poses), learn the importance of breathing, and discover how to bring both body and breath together.

Intermediate Level

A combination of beginner level asanas and some more challenging ones are taught in this class. Modifications to the beginner level asanas are also given for a challenge. Also discover the benefits of pranayam – the various breathing techniques in yoga.

Advanced Level

Vinyasa (flow) is used in this level where one asana flows straight into another. Poses are much more challenging though modifications are also taught. This class is ideal for those looking to burn some extra calories and gain some strength as well !
