Balanced Body was created by Radhika Karle. Radhika holds a Master’s degree in Nutrition and Dietetics from Texas Woman’s University, Houston. She has also done a fellowship in Adolescent and Sports Medicine which allowed her to work with professional and college-level athletes. The fellowship allowed Radhika to further develop her skills in leadership, teaching, research, clinical practice, and administration through a dynamic, intense, and interdisciplinary curriculum.


She has over ten years of work experience in the field of fitness as a nutritionist, personal trainer, yoga and Pilates instructor at a leading fitness center in the United States. Radhika was Senior Nutritionist at True Fitness, Mumbai, the largest fitness center in India. She set up, developed, and successfully ran the only nutrition department for True Fitness. Radhika was also Head of Nutrition Services for Anytime Fitness India where she set up and managed 4 center's nutritionists across India.

Radhika is currently working with clients on a one-on-one basis for nutritional counseling as well as Pilates personal training. She also conducts corporate seminarsand community workshops for a wide variety of groups covering many different aspects of nutrition.

Her own philosophy on nutrition is “Everything in moderation”!
